// AI Chat Log Analyzer

LogMemory .com

Drop in your exported ChatGPT or Claude conversation history and see your own usage patterns - conversation counts, activity timeline, word counts, and your longest chat, calculated entirely in your browser.

// UPLOAD YOUR EXPORT

Drop your conversations.json file here, or click to browse

ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → Export data. Claude: Settings → Privacy → Export data. Both email you a .zip containing conversations.json - unzip it and drop that file here.

Everything above happens locally in your browser via the File API. Your export file is never uploaded anywhere, and nothing is saved after you leave or reload this page.

Supported Formats

Reads the official conversations.json from a ChatGPT or Claude data export. Google's Gemini export (via Google Takeout) uses a different flat activity-log format rather than structured per-conversation JSON, so it isn't supported here.

What Gets Counted

Word counts are an approximate whitespace count for each side, not a true token count. ChatGPT exports store edits and regenerations as a branching tree; counts here follow each conversation's active branch - what you'd actually see if you reopened it - not abandoned edits, wherever that branch can be reliably identified. When it can't, that conversation is counted in full instead, and a note appears in your results.

Nothing Leaves Your Browser

Your file is read with the browser's File API and parsed on your device. It is never uploaded, never sent to a server, and nothing about its contents is saved once you close or reload this page.
